The zip runs the full length of the front, which means this one goes on over a blouse and stays open, or closes all the way to the collar when the wind turns. The hood is drawn in with a cord, the cuffs and hem are ribbed so the shape holds through a day of wear, and the two side pockets are set into the seam rather than patched on, so they disappear when you are not using them. The knit is fine and smooth rather than bulky, and the body sits slightly loose at hip length.
