A cap on the shoulder, a drawcord at the waist
The sleeve stops on the shoulder as a cap, so the arm is free, and a patch pocket sits on the chest. The neck is round and finished with a band. The trouser pulls on at an elasticated waist with a flat drawcord through it, takes a pocket at each side, and falls wide from the hip with a crease pressed down the front of each leg.
